Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a senior engineering professional to lead cross-functional projects and push the boundaries of our technological capabilities. You will mentor engineers and technicians, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance with QMS and FDA regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering (Master’s/Doctorate preferred) with 7+ years of progressive experience and certifications such as Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects with moderate to high complexity.
• Coach and mentor 4–5 technicians/engineers; promote best practices.
• Develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, FDA regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
