Job summary

Integer is seeking a Process Development Engineer II to apply engineering principles across manufacturing, develop new products, and improve existing lines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective results.

You will plan production flows, evaluate process capability, design tooling, and lead major project phases while maintaining QMS compliance and pursuing continuous improvement through Six Sigma and RCA methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience if education criteria are not met.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to broad assignments in manufacturing and new product introduction.
• Develop processes and equipment for safe, high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing.
• Lead process improvements and tool design, plan production layouts and staffing estimates.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to drive design engineering activities and document plans.
