Job summary

You will lead diverse development programs, standardize processes, and drive yield improvements while coordinating global transfers and supporting manufacturing.

A strong engineering background and 7+ years of experience are required. You will mentor a team of engineers/technicians, ensure QMS compliance, and apply advanced problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Master’s or Doctorate preferred; 7+ years of progressive engineering roles.
• Strong technical/problem-solving foundation; training in problem-solving & project management methods (6-Sigma, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple active development programs and process standardization initiatives.
• Drive production yield improvements and equipment platforming projects.
• Coordinate global process transfer activities and cross-functional teams.
• Coach and mentor engineers and technicians; ensure adherence to quality systems.
