Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is a leading medical device CDMO and component manufacturer seeking a senior engineer to lead cross‑functional projects and advance our technological capabilities. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving innovative solutions.

The candidate should have a strong engineering background, 7+ years in progressive roles, and experience with Six Sigma, PMP and problem‑solving methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused experience.
• Certifications in six-sigma, project management or problem-solving methodologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments and drive complex projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements (QMS, FDA).
• Identify and implement new technologies and process improvements.
• Coach and mentor engineers and technicians; supervise up to 4–5 staff.
• Ensure adherence to quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
