Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support production operations and drive process improvements on our medical device manufacturing lines. You will develop process solutions, qualify equipment, and collaborate across functions to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering with at least three years of relevant experience, or seven+ years as an alternative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Possibility of 7+ years considered in lieu of 3 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical aptitude and contribution to process/product improvements.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and related documentation tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in a production environment.
• Calm demeanor in a high-energy manufacturing setting.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations as the primary technical resource for lines.
• Develop, detail, and implement process and equipment solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documents and IIOT systems, including drawings, BOMs, routers, and MES configurations.
• Lead equipment qualification and process validation tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence manufacturability and cost reduction.
• Identify and remediate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Plan, schedule and execute engineering work on projects and potentially lead smaller scopes.
