Precision One Medical is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive process development and continuous improvement across manufacturing lines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical sciences, life sciences, or related technical field, 5+ years in manufacturing/lab/experimental setting.
• Master's degree preferred with 3+ years in manufacturing/production environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred) or Black Belt (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Quality Management System to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and create CAD models, shop drawings, BOMs, routers, and technical documents for manufacturing.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop best practices and solutions to improve production rates and quality.
• Support R&D projects and new technologies with the Technical Center.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering team and support daily workflows.
