Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a Process Development Engineer III to apply advanced engineering principles across broad assignments. You will develop processes and equipment for new products, optimize manufacturing lines, and estimate production times, staffing and costs to meet safety and quality targets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, embed quality in engineering, and ensure compliance with QMS and FDA regulations. Travel may be required to support sites and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Green belt in Six Sigma; black belt preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, project-management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to broad assignments and drive safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Develop processes and equipment for new products in manufacturing sites.
• Lead process improvements and efficient production line layouts.
• Estimate production times, staffing requirements and related costs.
• Embed Quality within the Engineering discipline and ensure regulatory compliance.
