Deckers Brands is seeking a Lead Process Analyst for remote work in the U.S. You will partner with business, technology, and transformation teams to analyze, design, and optimize enterprise processes that drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
6–8 years in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation programs.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and process mapping is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, process assessment, and future-state design with stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to drive alignment.
Drive enterprise process harmonization to simplify, standardize, and govern operations.
Conduct root-cause, gap, and process analysis to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Translate future-state designs into clear requirements, user stories, and business cases.
Develop and maintain process-related documentation for design, testing, and adoption.
Lead cross-functional alignment and issue resolution across audiences.
Drive continuous improvement by prioritizing process enhancements.
Monitor outcomes and feedback for optimization.
Support validation, go-live readiness, and adoption with relevant teams.
