Job summary

Deckers Brands in the United States (Remote) is seeking a Lead Process Analyst to drive enterprise transformation by partnering with business, technology, and transformation teams to analyze, design, and optimize processes that deliver strategic initiatives.

This role requires cross-functional leadership, workshop facilitation, and delivering scalable, standardized solutions that improve efficiency and business value.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in business analysis, process improvement, management consulting, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving process design, organizational change, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and manage priorities across functions and levels.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, process assessment, and future-state design by guiding stakeholders through process definition, requirements, and value opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to drive alignment, resolve process gaps, and clarify trade-offs.
• Drive enterprise process harmonization by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, optimize, and govern business operations.
• Conduct root-cause, gap, and process analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of process variation.
• Translate future-state process designs into clear business and solution requirements, user stories, process flows, and business cases.
• Perform change impact assessments across people, process, technology, data, and organizational dimensions.
• Develop and maintain business documentation supporting solution design, testing, training, adoption, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution, building consensus across diverse audiences.
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending and prioritizing process enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and business value.
• Monitor process outcomes and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Support solution validation, testing, go-live readiness, and adoption, partnering with change, training, and business teams.
