• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in business process design, organizational change, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, process assessment, and future-state design.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to drive alignment.
• Drive enterprise process harmonization by standardizing and governing operations.
• Perform root-cause, gap, and process analyses to identify bottlenecks.
• Translate future-state designs into clear requirements, user stories, and business cases.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for design, testing, training and governance.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement by prioritizing process enhancements.
