Job summary
Deckers Brands is seeking a Lead Process Analyst to drive enterprise transformation by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes. You will work with business, technology, and transformation teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions across the organization.
You’ll lead workshops, identify opportunities for standardization, and guide organizational readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving process design and technology-enabled transformation.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, process assessment, and future-state design with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and resolve process gaps.
- Harmonize enterprise processes by standardizing and governing operations.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Translate future-state designs into clear requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Support change impact assessments across people, process, technology, and data.
