Qualifications
- 6-8 years in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving process design and tech-enabled transformation.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and manage competing priorities across orgs.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, process assessment, and future-state design with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and decision-making to drive alignment and resolve gaps.
- Drive enterprise process harmonization to simplify, standardize, and govern operations.
- Translate designs into requirements, user stories, and business cases.
- Develop and maintain documentation for solution design, testing, and adoption.
