Deckers Brands is seeking a Lead Process Analyst to drive enterprise transformation by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes. You will partner with business, technology, and transformation teams to deliver scalable, standardized solutions that enable strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes guiding cross-functional work, translating needs into actionable requirements, and championing readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement across a global, multi-brand organization.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving process design and organizational change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Change Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, process assessment, and future-state design with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and resolve process gaps.
• Drive enterprise process harmonization to standardize and optimize operations.
• Conduct root-cause, gap, and process analysis to identify bottlenecks.
• Translate designs into requirements, user stories, processes, and business cases.
• Perform change impact assessments across people, process, technology, data, and organization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for design, testing, training, adoption, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and issue resolution across audiences.
• Support validation, go-live readiness, and adoption with teams.
