Job summary
Deckers Brands seeks a Lead Process Analyst to drive enterprise transformation by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes that align with strategic initiatives. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and champion readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement across functions.
You’ll lead cross-functional workshops, define future-state designs, and deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation programs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication and change-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, assessment, and future-state design across processes.
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on solutions.
- Capture requirements, create user stories, and define business cases.
- Support change impact assessments and governance documentation.
- Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
