Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Lead Process Analyst to join the Enterprise Process Organization in a remote US capacity. You will partner with business, technology, and transformation teams to analyze, design, and optimize business processes that support strategic initiatives and organizational readiness.

You will guide cross-functional work, translate needs into requirements, and champion continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Experience leading cross-functional process initiatives and transformation programs.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills are essential.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, design future-state processes and identify value opportunities.
Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and resolve gaps.
Drive harmonization of enterprise processes to improve efficiency and governance.
Conduct root-cause and process analyses to identify bottlenecks.
Translate designs into clear requirements, user stories, and business cases.
Perform change impact assessments across people, process, data and org.
Develop and maintain business documentation for design, testing and governance.
Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and issue resolution.
Drive continuous improvement by prioritizing process enhancements.
