Qualifications

• Experience in product development from concept to launch in healthcare/medical devices preferred.
• Customer-centric with ability to translate user needs into product concepts.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Owns product ownership and drives commercial strategies for assigned categories.
• Lead ideation, analysis, and business case development for new products.
• Lead new product development projects and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to launch on time.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback.
