McKesson is seeking a Sr. Product Development Manager for Private Label in Richmond, VA. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive concept-to-launch for medical-surgical products, owning strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio management.

Formación

• Experience in product development in finished goods from concept development to successful product launch; healthcare and medical device product development experience preferred.
• Customer-centric with capability of translating user needs into new product concepts.
• Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and QA.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and perform under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the “mini-GM” for assigned categories, developing and executing commercial strategies.
• Lead ideation, business case development, and roadmap prioritization for new products.
• Serve as project lead for new product development activities and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with customer feedback and business value.
• Manage portfolio and explore opportunities to rationalize and optimize the product lineup.
• Collaborate to drive organic growth through positioning, sales/marketing alignment, and new RFPs.
• Partner with Sourcing to support supplier selection and product transitions.

Educación

BA / BS in business, marketing, engineering or related field

MBA would be considered an asset
