Qualifications

• Experience in product development for finished goods from concept to launch.
• Customer-centric with ability to translate user needs into concepts.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Collaborates across Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Sales and Marketing.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of supply chain and profitability levers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the 'mini-GM' for assigned categories and drive growth strategies.
• Ideate, analyze, and develop new product concepts with business cases.
• Lead new product development and align with stakeholders across functions.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap and prioritize features.
• Manage portfolio to meet customer needs and financial value.
• Collaborate on organic growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sourcing to ensure supplier transitions and compliance.

Education

BA / BS in business, marketing, engineering or related field
