Job summary

Amazon invites a Senior Category Manager to shape the Consumables Private Label assortment and P&L worldwide, partnering across supply chain, pricing, marketing, and product teams. You will lead data-driven decisions, drive profitable growth, and influence executive stakeholders with clear recommendations.

Based in Seattle, WA, the role may require up to 5% travel domestically or internationally. You will own strategic initiatives and build scalable processes for a fast-moving consumer goods

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Excel experience.
• 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with business analysis and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assortment across channels and determine right selection for .com growth.
• Track category P&Ls weekly and monthly to monitor profitability.
• Partner with supply chain on process development and forecasting/inventory.
• Influence executives on brand positioning and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Commercialization, Pricing, and Instock teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and global events to inform strategy.
