Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores Private Brands team is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own the product lifecycle, drive profitability, and lead supplier negotiations across Amazon and Whole Foods Market. You will develop strategic roadmaps, leverage market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact private-brand products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership.
• 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and develop a compelling product roadmap from concept through launch.
• Develop business cases and annual roadmaps based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Own the P&L for your product portfolio and conduct business reviews with data-driven insights.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships to optimize the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Grocery channels to achieve financial plans.
