Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Category Performance Manager in the US to shape the 3P Consumables business. You will own end-to-end seller businesses within HPC categories and drive large-scale, high-visibility projects across internal teams.

You will lead product, program, and process improvements to fuel long-term growth, optimize availability, and enhance customer experience, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing.
• 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience.
• Experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support and troubleshooting networks.
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks.
