Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Private Cloud Service Delivery Manager to oversee the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) project. You will be responsible for private cloud, network, and AI platform service delivery, ensuring SLA attainment and lifecycle management across multiple data centers.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive private cloud experience, and the ability to manage incidents and coordinate with MSI/multi-vendor teams in a regulated government IT environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 years of experience with potential supervisory/management roles.
• 7+ years in private cloud or enterprise data center managed services operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational accountability for Private Cloud, network, and AI Platform service delivery.
• Ensure SLA attainment across all service tiers.
• Manage compute and VM lifecycle across ADC and SDC.
• Provide AI Platform service delivery when sovereign AI Platform is implemented.
• Lead day-to-day incident and problem management (Tier 2/3).
• Manage ServiceNow service catalog fulfillment.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and configuration management.
• Coordinate service delivery across Private Cloud, network, compute, storage, cloud, and AI/GPU environments.

Education

ITIL v4 Foundation

Cloud architecture certification (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
