Job summary

Peraton seeks an experienced Sr. Account Director to lead the Texas Private Cloud contract with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). The role serves as the primary executive-facing leader, owning service delivery, billing, and relationship management for DIR.

You will drive DIR satisfaction, ensure service levels are met, and coordinate across a complex, multi-vendor IT environment. Austin-area relocation is expected or candidate must be local.

Qualifications

• 16 years of IT experience; may include management.
• 10+ years on large-scale gov IT managed services contracts (>$50M/yr).
• Experience as Account Director or equivalent on Texas/state contracts.
• Experience as single point of accountability in complex multi-vendor/MSI IT environments.
• Strong executive presence with DIR interactions.
• Experience managing SLA performance and customer satisfaction.
• Experience day-to-day service delivery, billing, relationships, and contract performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of accountability for the Services.
• Act as primary Peraton face to DIR leadership.
• Oversee service delivery, billing, and relationship management.
• Ensure DIR satisfaction and attainment of all Service Levels.
• Provide executive-level leadership for the Texas Private Cloud contract.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-vendor IT operations.
