Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Senior Private Client Account Executive in Texas to lead client relationships, coordinate renewal and new business activities, and work with Producers and clients to optimize insurance programs. The role emphasizes cross-selling, technical knowledge, and proactive account service.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas P&C license, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2–4 years of Private Client AE experience, and pursue CIC/CPCU/CPRM or equivalent designations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas P&C Agent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–4 years Private Client AE experience preferred
• Pursuing CIC/CPCU/CPRM or equivalent designation encouraged
• Strong multitasking and client service能力

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with the Producer and/or Client.
• New business placement and cross-selling to maintain client’s insurance program.
• Prepare and obtain pre-renewal updates for all clients.
• Create ACORD applications and supplements for carrier submissions.
• Prepare renewal proposals or summaries and binders as needed.
• Manage accounts receivable and direct billing related to renewals.
