Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a Senior Private Client Account Executive in Houston to maintain and grow client insurance programs. You will coordinate with Producers and clients, prepare renewal materials, and liaise with carriers to price policies and secure endorsements.

The role emphasizes client service, cross-selling opportunities, and leadership within the team to ensure high-quality service across MMA clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of Private Client Account Executive experience preferred.
• Licensed: Texas P&C Agent (implied by role).
• CIC, CPCU, CPRM or comparable designation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Process documents to maintain the Client Insurance Program using agency management system.
• Serve as the primary contact with the Producer and/or Client.
• New business placement and cross-selling to maintain client programs.
• Coordinate with carriers to price policies and prepare proposals for renewal.
• Prepare and issue Acord applications and binders for renewals.
• Manage accounts receivable and direct billing for cancellations.
• Provide guidance to team members and mentor Account Managers.
• Negotiate with carriers on cost and program design.
