Job summary

Marsh Agency in Dallas seeks a Senior Private Client Account Executive to manage client insurance programs, prepare renewal terms, and coordinate with carriers. You will act as the primary contact for producers and clients, process quotes, binders, and proposals, and ensure timely renewal and accurate accounting.

The role requires state licensing, a preferred Bachelor's, 2-4 years experience, CIC/CPCU/CPRM designations or equivalent, strong communication, and willingness to work beyond hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed: Texas P&C Agent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2–4 years Private Client Account Executive experience preferred.
• CIC, CPCU, or CPRM designation, or 7 years experience if no designation.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize client needs.

Responsibilities

• Process documents to maintain the Client Insurance Program.
• Act as the primary contact with the Producer and/or Client.
• Prepare Acords, supplements, and proposals for carriers.
• Price policies using carrier websites or pricing tools.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Direct Billing related to renewals.
