Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency in Houston seeks a Private Client Account Executive, exempt role, to manage high-net-worth client programs, coordinate renewals, and uphold service standards.

You will act as primary contact with producers and clients, prepare Acords, price with carriers, and maintain carrier relationships to optimize coverage.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of private client experience, a Texas P&C license, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Texas P&C license required or actively pursued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with the Producer and/or Client.
• Prepare Acord applications and binders for renewals or submissions.
• Renewals: price policies with carriers and prepare proposals for renewal terms.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Direct Billing related to cancellations and payments.
