Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with extensive privacy experience (8+ years) or equivalent combination.
• Experience operating within or leading a privacy compliance program.
• Working knowledge of U.S. state privacy regulations.
• Experience with consent management platforms, cookie governance, and web tracking compliance operations.
• Technical understanding of web tracking technologies including tag management, cookies, and consent signals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of privacy engineers focused on CMP operations, cookie categorization, and privacy library maintenance.
• Serve as the technical SME for privacy engineering, guiding architecture and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee privacy technology stack maintenance including CMPs, tag managers, and data inventories.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and contribute to privacy technology investment decisions.
• Partner with privacy operations, legal, data strategy, engineering, and product teams to embed privacy into development lifecycles.
