Qualifications
- Experience leading privacy engineering teams and programs.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. state privacy regulations.
- Experience with CMP, cookie governance, and web tracking.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and cross-functional influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of privacy engineers across CMP, cookie governance, and privacy library maintenance.
- Provide architectural guidance and maintain technical depth in privacy tech stack.
- Oversee vendor evaluation and privacy technology investments.
- Partner with data strategy and engineering to embed privacy tech into systems.
- Execute privacy compliance activities and monitor risk across the enterprise.
- Onboard brands and acquisitions into Cox Automotive's centralized privacy program.
- Collaborate with legal, data strategy, engineering, and product stakeholders.
