The role partners with Privacy Legal, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Product to embed privacy-by-design in the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has deep privacy program experience, strong cross-functional skills, and the ability to onboard brands and acquisitions into a centralized privacy program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in a related field; alternative combos allowed.
• Experience operating within or leading a privacy compliance program.
• Working knowledge of U.S. state privacy regulations.
• Experience with consent management platforms, cookie governance, and web tracking compliance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of privacy engineers, ensuring operational excellence across CMP, cookie scanning, and privacy library maintenance.
• Serve as the technical SME for privacy engineering, providing guidance on architecture and solutions.
• Maintain technical depth to support continuity and reduce key-person risk.
• Oversee the privacy tech stack, including CMPs, tag management, cookie scanning, and data inventory tooling.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and contribute to tech investment decisions.
• Partner with Data Strategy and Engineering to embed privacy-enhancing technologies.
