Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Privacy Governance Senior Manager to lead a team of privacy engineers responsible for consent management infrastructure, cookie governance, opt-out mechanisms, and privacy library maintenance as part of Cox's privacy program.

The role partners with Privacy Legal, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Product to ensure technically sound and compliant privacy practices while embedding privacy-by-design into the development lifecycle. Travel ~10%+ is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in a privacy-related field or equivalent.
• Experience operating within a privacy compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of privacy engineers for CMP, cookie governance, and privacy library maintenance.
• Partner with Privacy Legal, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Product to embed privacy-by-design.
• Onboard brands and acquisitions into Cox Automotive's centralized privacy program.
• Drive privacy compliance operations and governance across the enterprise.
