Job summary

Amplify HR Management is seeking a Systems Specialist with 3+ years of PrismHR and TimeClock Plus experience in a PEO setting. You will support implementation, configuration, and client-ready deployments, ensuring payroll and HR systems operate smoothly across multiple states.

You will collaborate with the Implementation and Operations teams, provide expert guidance to clients, and help maintain accurate, compliant HRMS configurations and timekeeping integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PrismHR and TimeClock Plus experience.
• 3+ years of Prior PEO experience.
• Multi-state payroll experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Systems Team ticketing queue in Salesforce.
• Participate in all stages of client projects for SMBs including planning, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Review system setups for accuracy and state/federal labor law compliance.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, and communications.
• Configure and implement PrismHR and timekeeping vendors.
• Troubleshoot payroll and timekeeping integrations.
• Assist with onboarding processes and client communications.
