Job summary

Amplify HR Management is seeking a Benefits Systems Specialist to administer and support PrismHR-powered benefits programs for clients and internal partners. You will configure plans, monitor feeds, assist ACA and COBRA processes, and generate reports to ensure accurate deductions and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in benefits administration or HRIS, hands-on PrismHR experience, and strong Excel/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of benefits administration or related HR experience.
• Experience with PrismHR and payroll integration.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain benefit plans and system settings within PrismHR.
• Monitor and troubleshoot carrier feeds, EDI transmissions, and integration issues.
• Support payroll-to-benefit synchronization and deduction accuracy.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reporting.
• Test system updates, enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Assist ACA administration and COBRA processes.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state benefit regulations.
• Respond to client and employee questions regarding benefit systems.
