Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a System Support Associate to provide technical support, system administration, and operational excellence across core platforms in a PEO setting. You will ensure reliability, performance, and security of HR/payroll applications and mentor team members to raise quality and consistency.

The role emphasizes hands-on on-site collaboration, process documentation, and proactive problem solving, with travel for client meetings and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with user access, reporting, workflows, and data maintenance.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and basic workflows.
• Document procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain data hygiene and security of information.
