PrismHR is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process payroll for an assigned client list and collaborate with Higginbotham HR Services to serve our clients.

The role supports payroll, HR, Benefits and FMLA teams, ensures compliance with federal and state laws, and handles year-end W-2s, tax changes, and benefit deductions. This hybrid position offers professional growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll experience
• CPP/FPC certification preferred
• Experience with multi-state payroll

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for client list using payroll software
• Manage time and attendance and related training
• Prepare payroll reports and deliver to client contacts
• Administer year-end W-2s and respond to questions
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax rules
