Job summary

Schreiber Foods' Principal Software Engineer role is the senior technical leader of the US Supply Chain Fusion Team, driving domain expertise across demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing logistics.

The role balances technical strategy, architecture governance, and hands-on execution in an Agile environment, with hybrid work from the Green Bay Home Office and relocation support for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven domain experience supporting or developing supply chain systems.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes and data integration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain domain solutions and architecture.
• Design systems with end-to-end visibility across inventory, procurement, and distribution.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate operational data into analytics and AI/ML workflows.
• Interface with external vendors and internal systems to address defects and upgrade platforms.
• Guide Agile governance, architecture roadmaps, and release planning.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and promote engineering standards across teams.
• Travel up to 5% (within and outside the US).
