Job summary

Schreiber Foods Inc. in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize upstream dairy processes, including blending, heat treatment, filtration and sanitation.

You will lead process capability, drive cost reductions, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve throughput and product quality. This role requires 10+ years in aseptic processing and dairy engineering, with a PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PE license preferred.
• 10+ years of technical dairy/process engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Experience leading capital projects and capital expenditure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert in upstream dairy processes (blending, standardization, heat treatment, filtration, sanitation).
• Lead engineering strategies for line capability, capacity, and optimization.
• Mentor process engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Design and implement improvements to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
