Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or Related Field required.
• 10+ years of project/process engineering leadership in converting/manufacturing.
• Strong facilitative leadership and ability to lead teams.
• Focus on results and high ethical standards.
• Knowledge of sanitary facility and equipment design principles, OSHA and GMPs.
• Design experience in packaging, automation, material handling, product handling, and sanitary design.
• Project management including contracts, scope, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee engineering team activities to achieve priorities.
• Provide technical leadership for technology application in Schreiber conversion processes.
• Consult and develop standards to optimize safety, food safety and productivity.
• Lead objective setting with business teams and define project plans.
• Audit project teams for conformance with standards and report status to management.
• Identify opportunities to reduce labor and improve quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate training and development programs and monitor progress.
• Develop and audit PCPs, CCPs and SOPs to meet customer requirements.
