Responsibilities include leading projects, auditing teams, and guiding process improvements while aligning with corporate priorities. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and delivering standardized, sanitary design practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in engineering or related field required.
10+ years of project/process engineering leadership in converting/manufacturing environment.
Strong facilitative leadership and team playing abilities.
Experience in packaging, automation, material handling, process and sanitary design.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and oversee engineering team activities to achieve corporate priorities.
Define project objectives, prepare plans and control changes to scope and design.
Prioritize projects via feasibility studies and audits for standards and safety compliance.
Identify opportunities to reduce labor, improve product quality and productivity.
Lead process excellence initiatives and implement best-of-the-best processes.
