You will define goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery in a manufacturing setting. This role offers a $10,000 relocation bonus for candidates relocating 50+ miles, plus an ESOP, 8% 401(k) match, incentive pay, childcare assistance, wellness benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Engineering and Project Management experience.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• End-user computer skills (MS Office).
• Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities.
• 20-25% Travel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposed projects from a business viewpoint and guide decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to apply Schreiber’s EPM process.
• Provide direction and communicate project status to partners.
• Develop specifications for capital equipment and vendor selection.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
