Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Security and Risk Services (Americas) to lead delivery across the US and Canada. You will manage senior technical consultants and Business Process Consultants to drive transformation programs, strengthen security postures, and expand the Security and Risk footprint with delivery excellence.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, shape security roadmaps, monitor delivery metrics, and cultivate executive relationships with CISOs and CIOs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership in Enterprise Security, Risk & Compliance.
• Experience delivering security and risk solutions at scale.
• Proven ability to manage senior consultants and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery execution for Security and Risk services across the Americas.
• Drive strategic initiatives and programmatic AI-powered security capabilities.
• Develop and execute a business plan focusing on market expansion and customer success.
• Maintain executive relationships with CISOs, CROs, and CIOs.
• Monitor delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 40% annually.
