0090 CORP-Corporate Office seeks a Principal Proposal Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) in Material Estimating and Analysis, to work closely with various teams including Global Supply Chain. This position can be based in San Diego, CA; El Segundo, CA; or Palmdale, CA.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or finance, along with significant relevant experience and an active DoD Secret clearance. The role includes developing cost estimates and supporting proposal preparations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience or 3 years with a Master's degree.
• Must have an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Develop GSC cost estimates for procurement and subcontract.
• Evaluate supplier quotations/proposals and adjust estimates as required.
• Prepare and support presentation and approval of material estimates.
