Job summary

A leading defense contractor has an opening for a Proposal Analyst (Level 2 or Level 3) in San Diego, CA. The role involves developing and scheduling proposals, coordinating with various departments, and participating in negotiations. Candidates should possess a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Two years of relevant experience is required for Level 2, and five years for Level 3. This position may require obtaining a Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience for Level 2 or 5 years for Level 3.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience in the Aerospace/Defense industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule proposals based on RFP specifications.
• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposals.
• Participate in contract negotiating teams.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Aerospace/Defense industry experience

Experience with FAR and DFARs

Supply Chain experience

Knowledge of SAP/ERP

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
