Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL, seeks a Principal or Sr. Principal Project Manager to oversee CAM networks for a classified program. The role requires CAM certification and an active US Secret clearance.

You will coordinate plans, schedules, and budgets with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s with PM experience or a Master’s with PM experience, plus strong MS Office skills and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years PM experience or Master's with 3 years PM experience.
• Active US Government Secret security clearance or higher required to start; CAM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
