Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal Project Manager in Melbourne, FL to lead CAM networks on a classified program and work with EVM to obtain CAM certification.

The role requires a current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SAP/PAR clearance as needed. Duties include overseeing project operations, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication, with opportunities for career growth in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with progressive project management experience.
• Ability to obtain CAM certification and maintain SAP/PAR clearance.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Proven track record leading projects and managing schedules and budgets.
• Demonstrated understanding of Program Management principles and multiple-project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and act as liaison between project management and planning, team, and leadership.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Identify issues and implement resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develop monitoring mechanisms for project progress and intervention with project teams and clients.
