Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector seeks a Principal CAM/Avionics Integration Engineer for our Melbourne, FL site. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple work statements, coordinating with leadership and IPTs to forecast, report, and keep programs on track.

You will update Earned Value data, prepare program reviews, and support IMS and CSCIs mapping; strong communication and EV management experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Mathematics from an accredited university with 5 years of applicable experience, or 3 years with Master’s, or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
• DoD Top Secret security clearance active at time of application and ability to obtain program access approval with CAM Certification.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams responsible for cost and schedule of technical baselines.
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAM duties coordinating cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate with IPT leadership to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Develop and deliver program presentations to stakeholders.
• Define, plan, monitor, and complete project tasks; track budget vs. predictions and EV performance baselines.
• Enter EAC/ETCs monthly and generate VARs; support forecasting and spend plans.
• Coordinate IMS status with scheduling team and manage EV changes with EVCRs.
