Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 5+ years in engineering or Master’s with 3+ years; PhD with 1+ year acceptable.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required or ability to obtain one.
• CAM Certification and demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplined teams.
• Experience with CAM, earned value management, and program cost/schedule control.
• Strong communication in a highly technical environment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications for program reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAM duties and manage cost, schedule, and performance for multiple WBSs.
• Forecast financial data, prepare EV data, and deliver program reports.
• Update EVM tools, generate VARs, and support IMS status and spend plans.
• Coordinate with IPT for objectives, deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Develop IMS and manage EV change requests with business and scheduling teams.
• Support government control account meetings and ensure CSCIs mapping.
