Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ project management experience (or Master’s degree)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position

Responsibilities

• Support the program to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentations
• Collaborate across functions to ensure all objectives are met
• Assist with monitoring cost & schedule performance, support business management meetings and reporting to program leadership
• Supports coordinating the efforts of SMT teams, including engineers, subcontracts administrators, supplier quality assurance representatives, logistics engineers, schedule planners, and cost/material planners
• Earned value (EV) management of labor and material control accounts
• Reporting earned value and supplier status to Program Managers, GSC managers, and IPT Management
• Conducting or coordinating review of supplier documentation
• Facilitate Risk, Issue and Opportunity management
• Prepare conference/meeting presentation material for internal and external audiences
• Participate in contractual and technical meetings and engineering reviews
• Captures and manages Action Items to completion and/or close
• Implementation and use of tools/templates for monitoring project progress
