Northrop Grumman Corp. in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a Principal/Sr Principal Project Manager to lead project execution across lifecycle phases. You will coordinate with stakeholders, develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while adhering to EVMS standards.

Qualifications

5 years' experience with a Bachelor's; 3 years with a Masters; 1 year with a PhD; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance and SAP approval.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience developing SOW and SDRL packages and project schedules.

Responsibilities

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Control Account management responsibilities including IMS, cost accounting, EAC, Jira stories, risk management and reporting.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring progress and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
