The role includes leading capture activities for new contracts, shaping pursuit strategies, and interfacing with customers and marketing while ensuring product readiness and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelors with 2+ years PM experience or advanced degrees with reduced experience.
Experience with EVMS and AGILE methodologies.
Proven proposal operations and Basis of Estimates knowledge.
Proficient with MS Office suite; risk development and mitigation familiarity.
Active Secret DoD clearance or ability to obtain within 365 days.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise with program management.
Monitor schedules, budgets, and prepare status reports and interventions.
Lead capture efforts for new or re‑compete contracts and bids.
